Catalyst 500 express

We have one such switch, Cisco WS-CE500G-12TC, 8 copper + 4 combined gigabit ports. It's configurable only via a web interface, which sucks (and there is no serial console), but it supports everything needed for OpenFest and there is a CLI-like interface in the web, at http://IP/level/15/exec.

The switch we have right now has IP 172.31.190.10, admin/admin.
